Student-Led Innovation

Inovation for a
Sustainable Future

How a 9th-grade student turned a simple observation into a mission to save millions of liters of water.

The Innovator

Rishu Mishra, a bright 9th-grade student at Baijnath Bhardwaj Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Chitrakoot, is the mind behind H9V Water Tech. While others walked past overflowing tanks, Rishu stopped to think.

He noticed a common and frustrating issue plaguing his neighborhood and everywhere he visited: the senseless wastage of water from overflowing overhead tanks. The existing solutions—loud alarms—were merely noise pollution; they didn't solve the problem, they just announced it.

Guardians of the Blue Planet

The H9V Water Tech project is not just about a device; it is a mission. Rishu realized that water conservation isn't a choice for the future—it's a necessity for today.

"We are innovating not for profit, but for the planet. Every drop saved today is a promise kept for tomorrow."

The Ripple Effect

By automating the cut-off process, we don't just save water in one tank. We save the electricity required to pump that wasted water. We prevent structural damage to homes from dampness. We create a ripple effect of sustainability that starts from a single rooftop in Chitrakoot and aims to reach every home in India.

Recognition & Impact

Rishu's dedication and creative approach were recognized at his school, where his project was not just an entry but a solution.
